As required by Italian law, you can return your product within 14 days from the date of receipt of the last shipment related to your order (read carefully the Terms of Sale)

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, never worn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The return is the responsibility of the customer. If the product arrives DAMAGED instead, return shipping is at our expense.

Damage and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can assess the problem and resolve it.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and personal care items (such as beauty products). In addition, we do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift certificates.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
